Welcome to Zatoona. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or dining with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations and Bookings

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

  • Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.

  • Group Bookings: For groups of (02) 9601 2034 or more, special conditions or set menus may apply. We reserve the right to request a deposit or credit card guarantee.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Standard Bookings: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reduce the number of guests.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • Card Fees: Payments made via credit card may incur a small processing fee.

4. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

  • While we take every precaution to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we operate a commercial kitchen where cross-contamination may occur.

  • Zatoona cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies dine at their own risk.

5. Conduct and Alcohol Service

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): In compliance with NSW liquor laws, we reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated persons or those under the age of 18.

  • Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry or request guests to leave if their conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zatoona is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests while on our premises or using our website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Zatoona and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
